Shipping Carrier

We primarily use UPS for all domestic and international shipments. UPS offers reliable and timely delivery services.

Shipping Times

  • Order Processing: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order.
  • Shipping: Once your order has been processed, shipping times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. You can expect an estimated delivery time at checkout.
  • Shipping Delays: While we strive to meet all shipping times, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays may affect delivery times.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
  • Shipping rates will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Shipping Methods

Order Tracking

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will initiate a claim with UPS.
  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please refuse delivery and contact our customer support team immediately.

Returns
