Due to the customized nature of our products, no returns or exchanges will be accepted once the order has gone into production. We recommend that you carefully review your design and all specifications before confirming your purchase.
In the event that the product you receive has a manufacturing defect, you must notify us within 5 business days from the date of delivery. Please attach clear photos of the defect to initiate the evaluation process. We reserve the right to request the return of the product for inspection.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will proceed to replace the product at no additional cost.
No returns will be accepted for:
- Errors in the design provided by the customer.
- Changes of opinion about the product.
- Natural wear and tear of the product due to use
Important: Colors displayed on screen may vary slightly from the colors of the printed product due to differences in monitor calibration.”
Remember: It is important that these policies are clear, concise and easy for the customer to understand. In addition, it is advisable that they are available in a visible place on your website and that they are mentioned during the purchase process.
